1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within:

  • 14 days (standard EU compliance period)

  • Up to 30 days where promotional extensions apply

The return period begins on the date of delivery confirmation.


2. Eligibility Criteria

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in resaleable condition

  • Include proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use may be partially refunded or rejected.


3. Return Authorization Process

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


4. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect item shipped

We recommend tracked shipping.


5. Refund Timeline

Once received and inspected:

  • Approval decision: within 5 business days

  • Refund issued: 5–10 business days to original payment method

Refunds are processed via the original payment provider (e.g., Stripe).


6. Chargeback Prevention Procedure

Customers agree to contact customer support before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks may result in account restriction.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)


8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first attempt resolution through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
